We at Rise of Dark Dawn take your privacy seriously.  This privacy policy sets out how Rise of Dark Dawn uses and protects any information you provide to Rise of Dark Dawn, when you use this website.  Should you provide any information by which you can be identified, rest assured your information is protected and will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Rise of Dark Dawn may update this privacy page from time to time so be sure to check back for updates.

This privacy policy applies only to information we collect on Rise of Dark Dawn and not information we collect from other sources. What Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It

Web Cookies

This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Contents Form/Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Public Forum – Blog Posts – Media

We may offer blogs, chat rooms, message boards, bulletin boards, or other similar forums where you and other users of our website can communicate.  The protection provided in the privacy policy do not apply when you provide information (including personal) in connection with your use of the blog post page. We may use personally identifiable information and non-personal information about you to identify you in a posting on the blog page. Any information shared in a public forum is public information and maybe seen or collected by anyone; including third parties that do not adhere to Rise of Dark Dawn privacy policy. We are not responsible for events arising from the distribution of any information you choose to publicly post or share through Rise of Dark Dawn.

If you upload articles and images to the blog post on Rise of Dark Dawn, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Recorded Zoom Calls / Seminars or Webinars

Zoom Meetings – Project meetings may be recorded for referencing and to maintain meetings minutes throughout the project. YOU can request a copy of YOUR project meetings up until 60 days after project closeout.  These project meeting videos will not be shared, sold, renting with anyone outside of Rise of Dark Dawn internal team(s) unless required by law. See Zoom’s privacy policy.

Seminars or Webinars – will be held via various platforms, including but not limited to, Zoom, Hopin, Loom, etc. These meetings may require the collection of your personal information via a sign up form.  If YOU choose to proceed with submitting your personal data to attend, Rise of Dark Dawn takes your privacy very seriously and WILL NOT share, sell nor rent your data with 3rd party companies unless required by law.  You may be sent future communications on upcoming events; in which you can opt out of.

Other Websites

Rise of Dark Dawn may contain links to other third party websites that we do not control or maintain, such as other services or products that are not affiliated with Rise of Dark Dawn’s services and product line.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
