The goal of this course is to create a clear Scope of Work Contract (SOW   to establish clear expectations of what work was agreed to and what was not agreed to, in order to keep all stakeholders (business provided and clients) on the same page throughout the course of the project. This will eliminate confusion, prevent arguments and help you gain and maintain control of your project from the start to the finish. This course approached the SOW build from a project management perspective to establish project control and parameters from the start.
