  • We are an online graphic, tech, website and apparel design company established and existing under the laws in the state of California (“We”, “Us”, sometimes “Company”). By purchasing from, using or visiting this website, data feed, products or Service(s) provided to you on, from or through this website (collectively, the CFS Policy) you signify your agreement to (1) return/cancel/shipping policy (2) these terms and conditions (3) and our privacy policy, all of which are found at and throughout our website and incorporated herein by this reference. The CFS Policy include products or service offerings, conditions, terms, descriptions, details and pricing, all of which are found throughout the website and are all incorporated in and included as part of the these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
  • Although we attempt (but are not obligated) to notify you when changes are made to this CFS Policy, you should periodically review the most up to date version of the Company website, because you hereby agree to abide by and honor the most up to date version of the CFS Policy with each use of the Company website. Company may, in its discretion, revise or modify these CFS Policy , Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and you agree to be bound by these revisions and modifications.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

  • Payment – Subscription prices are, but are subject to change without notice, based on yearly subscription and are due in full at the time of purchase before the Service is provided
  • Renewals – are on yearly auto renewal, based on your anniversary month/day/current year. It is solely up to you to go into your account portal to deactivate auto renewal. Your account portal is where you can manage /cancel your subscription.
  • Refund – No refund will be provided after 14 days and, no pro-rated monies will be refunded if subscription is cancelled after the 14 days.

WEBSITE DESIGN BUILD:

  • Payment – Payment can be made in full or a payment schedule, of maximum three payments, can be set up
  • Cancellation – If cancelled prior to work begins, a refund of monies paid up to cancellation will be refunded. Once work begins, only 50% of the full amount is refundable. If half of the payment has not been paid due to payment schedule, the client agrees to pay up to 50% of full amount to account for work starting.  If the website is finished based on what is detailed in the contract, no refund will be provided, and you agree to pay any remaining payment(s) as scheduled on time.

LOGOS and/or LOGO PACKAGES PRODUCTS:

  • Payment – Prices are, but are subject to change without notice, are due in full at the time of purchase before the Service and Products are provided
  • Cancellation of Logos – If the project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be provided. Once work begins, including but not limited to, research, sketches, graphics, etc., no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation of Branded Products – No refund will be provided on company or personally branded gear, including but not limited to, shirts, mugs, bags, etc. as these items cannot be re-shelved and sold
  • Exchange on Branded Products – will only occur if the error occurred due to Rise of Dark Dawn’s Staff

Rise of Dark Dawn Branded Products:

Includes, but is not limited to, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, pants, bags, hats, drinkware, etc. All returns will be at your expense.

  • Payment – is due in full at the time of purchase before the product can be shipped
  • Cancellation – order can be cancelled anytime before item is shipped. Once item is shipped, it must be shipped back, UN-OPENED, at your expense, within three days of receipt, before the order can be cancelled and store credit provided for future purchase.
  • Refunds – No refunds will provided for opened, customer damaged or client order errors

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

If item is received damaged from Rise of Dark Dawn, Contact Rise of Dark Dawn (at Customerservice@riseofdarkdawn.com ) within two days of receipt for damaged or broken items, due to Rise of Dark Dawn’s error. Include pictures of packaging and products received and area where damage was noticed.

  • Review all within 2 days of receipt
  • No cash refund will be provided. Only store credits.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as sent (UN-WASHED, UN-WORN, FREE OF SMELLS OR ANY STAINS). After seven days no store credit will be provided
  • Store credit will not be provided until item is received back and inspected. Rise of Dark Dawn reserves the right to reject any returns
  • No exchanges will be provided after 8 days from time of reporting the issue

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Please note that shipping dates, delivery dates and timeframes for processing returns and exchanges are estimates only and not guaranteed.

MAIL COURIER ISSUES:

Rise of Dark Dawn is not responsible for couriers being late, losing or misplacing shipments. We do not maintain chain of custody once the package is in the mail system. No refunds or exchanges or store credit will be provided due to courier issues.
