ACCOUNT TERMINATION

• Rise of Dark Dawn and account holder reserves the right to delete/remove any account/subscriber without cause, reason or notification. If account holder/subscriber have trouble deleting account/information, please contact us at customerservice@riseofdarkdawn.com.
• You (account holder) can terminate your account and subscription at any time, and herein after Your information will be removed from the database permanently.
• Company will terminate a user’s access to the services or account if the user is determined to be a repeat or significant violator of the Terms and Conditions.
• Company reserves the right to decide whether Content and Content provide by You violates these Terms and Conditions and for reasons that include, but not limited to, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property rights infringement, pornography, obscenity, illegality, or excessive length.
• Company reserves the right to cancel any accounts that appear to be fraudulent or has been reported to the Company as possible fraudulent with or without investigation.

Prices are subject to change at any time and will vary on different Products and Services offered. Products and/or Services will be delivered once payment is confirmed, and the Company reserves the right to cancel any order if the payment does not clear.
• Payment – Products and Services are quoted and calculated in U.S Dollars (USD), and should be paid in full at the time of ordering. We accept the following modes of payments, but not limited too: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal and Company reserve the right to vary our accepted payment methods at any time without notice. • Subscription – Subscription prices are, but are subject to change without notice, based on yearly subscription and yearly renewals on your anniversary month/day/current year. Renewals are on auto renewal, unless you go into your account portal to deactivate auto renewal. Your account portal is where you can cancel your subscription. Gift Cards: Our gift cards may be used toward website development services and digital design assets offered by Rise of Dark Dawn By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the terms below.

Redemption

• Gift cards are redeemable only for services and digital assets available on our website.
• They have no expiration date, as required by California law.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

If your purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card.

Non-Refundable

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases.

Usage Limits

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Rise of Dark Dawn online and in-person events. Please read these Terms carefully before registering for or attending any Rise of Dark Dawn event.

Event Registration

Attend a Rise of Dark Dawn event, you must register through the official registration process. Registration may be subject to approval, and Rise of Dark Dawn reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its sole discretion.

Event Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards the speakers, sponsors, staff and other attendees. Also, participants are expected to abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws and the rules and policies of the venue or meeting platform.

Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Rise of Dark Dawn reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in such conduct without refund. This includes, bu is not limited to, the misuse of any chat or Q&A function available for the event.

Participants must respect the confidentiality and privacy of others. Participants must obtain explicit consent before sharing personal information or publishing any contents, including photographs or recordings, that may identify or infringe upon the privacy of other participants, attendees, speakers, sponsors and Rise of Dark Dawn staff.

Event Content

All event materials, presentations, and content are the property of Rise of Dark Dawn and / or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use event content without the express written consent of Rise of Dark Dawn.

Photography and Recording

Photography and recording of any kind (audio, video, or other) are prohibited without prior written consent from Rise of Dark Dawn.

Rise of Dark Dawn may capture photos and videos during the vent for promotional purposes. By attending, participants gran Rise of Dark Dawn the right to sue their likeness in event-related materials.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

RiseofDarkDawn.com (“Rise of Dark Dawn,”” we, us, or our”) provides free educational courses and webinars or paid through one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for cancellations for purchases made on riseofdarkdawn.com. By enrolling, subscribing, or registering, you agree to these terms.

1. One-Time Purchases:

Webinars (live, Paid Sessions)

• All Sales Final: Once your registration and payment are complete, all fees re non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Non-Attendance: Missing a live webinar for any reason (including technical issues, time zone misunderstanding, or scheduling conflicts) does not qualify for a refund.
• Event Changes: If Rise of Dark Dawn postpone or cancels a webinr, you will receive either:
  • Free access to the rescheduled live session, or
  • Access to the full webinar recording.
• Technology Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet, device, and software to participate. Refunds are not issued to technical difficulties on your end.
• Recording Access: Paid webinar registrants will receive access to the recording, even if unable to attend live for as long as available.

Courses (On-Demand or Live Series)

• Eligibility & Timeframe: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and before accessing more that 10% of the course content, whichever occurs first.
• No refunds will be issued if:
  • You have accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.
  • You have earned a certificate of completion.

2. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
   • Billing: auto-renews monthly on the anniversary of purchase.
   • Refunds: No refunds are available after monthly billing occurs.
   • Cancellation: You may cancel by the end of your current billing period.
   • Avoiding charges: Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Billing & Access

• Billed upfront for a 12-month terms and auto-renews annually.
  • Within 14 days of purchase: full refund and access revoked immediately.
  • After 14 days of purchase: No refund and access continues until the subscription ends.

Cancellation

• Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next annual charge.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription term.

4. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

• Free trials must be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid automatic billing.
• If not canceled, billing begins automatically at the trial’s conclusion.
• Refunds after the trial billing may be granted only within 14 days of the first paid billing and at Rise of Dark Dawn’s sole discretion.

5. Exceptions & Special considerations

• Refunds will not be issued if you violate Rise of Dark Dawn’s policies or engage in misuse, fraud, or tother breaches.
• Exceptional situations(e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with refunds granted solely at Rise of Dark Dawn’s discretion.

6. How to request a Refund (Where Applicable)

• Full name and account email
• Transaction/order number
• Course, webinar, or subscription name
• Purchase date
• Reason for request

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Modifications to This Policy

Rise of Dark Dawn reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Privacy

By participating in Rise of Dark Dawn events, you agree to the Rise of Dark Dawn Privacy Policy, available on the Rise of Dark Dawn website.

Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to the Rise of Dark Dawn Code of Conduct, available on the Rise of Dark Dawn website. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Accessibility

Rise of Dark Dawn is committed to providing accessible events for all participants. If you require accommodations to fully participate in the event, please contact Rise of Dark Dawn at customerservice@riseofdarkdawn.com at least ten (10) business days prior to the event, if possible, and otherwise as soon as possible.

Rise of Dark Dawn will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requests, but it is essential to notify Rise of Dark Dawn in advance to ensure adequate preparations can be made.

The event venue will be selected, whenever possible, based on its accessibility for individuals with disabilities. If you encounter any accessibility issues during the event, please notify Rise of Dark Dawn immediately.

Rise of Dark Dawn will provide accessible materials and presentations, but if you require additional assistance or alternative formats, please inform Rise of Dark Dawn in advance.

Consequences

Any individual requested to stop any unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately, whether requested by Rise of Dark Dawn staff, venue staff, or other participants.

At any Rise of Dark Dawn event or meeting. Rise of Dark Dawn leaders or staff (or their designee) may take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including the removal of a participant for any unacceptable behavior as described herein. If the behavior occurs during a virtual event, Rise of Dark Dawn will take appropriate action, which may include deleting a post or comment, blocking a participant and serving communication with the blocked user.

Any unacceptable behavior may also be remedied by Rise of Dark Dawn in a manner reasonably believed to eliminate the possibility of the behavior happening again, including, but not limited to, future curtailment of the violator’s rights to participate at events, as well as suspension/termination of membership.

Reporting Unacceptable Behavior

Any member or participant that is the subject of unacceptable behavior or witnesses any such behavior, please immediately notify customerservice@riseofdarkdawn.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Any member or participant experiencing or witnessing behavior that at any time in their judgement constitutes an immediate or  serious threat to public safety is advised to contact 911 immediately.

Consent Agreement

By registering for or attending a Rise of Dark Dawn event, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in Rise of Dark Dawn events.
